We are starting our summer pre-orders ! Brisket and pulled pork by the pound! And you can order our signature sauces ! You can choose to have the meat hot and ready to serve or cooled down to warm up and use at your convenience!

SMOKED BRISKET for the Holidays.
$28/LB
We are taking pre orders for whole holiday briskets.
Cooked briskets will average from 6-8 pounds.
message us or call/text 605-828-0285 to set up your holiday order.
Briskets will be frozen, fully cooked and vacuumed sealed with re-heat instructions so you can enjoy on your day of choosing.

Delivery dates will be 18th-20th, if needed earlier arrangements can be made.
