- *Jongo & Carimbo dance class* (Brazilian dances with Afro and indigenous roots) for a $12 suggested donation @ 1:30pm

- *Forró dance class* @ 2:40pm for $10

Enjoy homemade Brazilian food, live music from local forrozeiros, and some dancing at Roda Movement, a 5 min. walk from the Wheaton Metro (Red Line) at 4:45-7:45pm [note the NEW venue].

Your support helps us provide food, housing, and transit to visiting Forró dance instructors, Hana & Lukas, who are coming to DC for a special workshop on Thurs. 2/20 as part of their first tour of the USA from Germany (Köln - aka Cologne!)! Details below!

Your ticket comes with:
1- A plate of delicious homemade feijoada, a black bean stew traditionally with meat. There will be vegetarian feojoada stew avaolable as well. Feijoada is one of Brazil's national dishes!

3- Priceless fun and community with live musicians and dancers featuring Forró and Samba beats!
