After months of meticulous planning, long meetings, and heated discussions, the Rondo Block Party planning team pulled together another epic gathering celebrating our beloved Rondo neighborhood. I’m so honored to be a part of this team of genuine, passionate and professional Rondo natives, eager to connect neighbors with businesses, resources, organizations and services that support this historic community. It was another unbelievable day filled with love ❤️ Here, I had been up for at least 45 hours at work and working on the block party, my eyes glazed from exhaustion. But for no better cause than honoring generations of the families and friends that made Rondo historic and great. Thank you to all who joined and participated. ❤️🙏🏾
