One of the best things my mother did every Christmas, was to make gifts from the heart. See I grew up in a very large family of 17 in rural Iowa, not having lots as most would think, but we had truly more than most. Gifts from the heart can never have any value on them, truly priceless. I believe it came from God or in Heaven, which ever you believe in from above. So I hope this video you see as a gift of love, from someone that knows how hard, how much work, how much dedication it takes to do ultras or any other endurance event.

This gift will be available Christmas Day, where you can see it in 4K on Youtube. I will post link on Christmas Day. So grab a cup of warm coffee and your favorite chair, and enjoy some memories, some moments, some laughter, and some joy.

Last month in Schuetzen Park, located at Davenport, Iowa some crazy awesome people ran for 9 hours. Truly a fun event to watch or bold enough to run!! Here is Melissa Taylor the lead runner taking charge, it was like watching the energize bunny run. She was just one of the many awesome runners who did this event!!

A Ultra Runners documentary about two amazing runners giving their all at MoS100 running 100 miles.

This will be streamed on YouTube since it is 4K and Hi-Res Audio. It is a little over a hour long. So grab popcorn and a drink, sit down and streaming over your TV and immerse your family and friends to the world of ultra running…

Morning Ride!!

Meanwhile up in the Mines of Spain. Runners were checking out the course preparing for this Mines of Spain 100! A very Beautiful course for sure! For me I took out the old DSLR Nikon D5100 the focus tracking struggled the lenses noise was loud, but in 10 plus year cameras have come a long ways and the era of the DSLR are closing in.. But I find joy pushing it to its limits as well as my skills. Hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend.. Thanks runners for your support I only hope to capture your moments so that you can share your passion! Stay You, Stay Strong..

So after many many hours of editing, the final cut is here!! It was a labor of love, because I get to see Amazing runners and get to help share their passion. Yes it is very very long video, but well worth every minute, you get to see miles of smile and cheers. Most important, one another crossing that finish line, filling hearts with reward of a run well done!! Enjoy and share, most of all Stay Strong and Stay You!! Amazing running Runners!!!

Twisted Sister Part Two "Air Time" From the grand opening night, local MTB riders hit the Twisted Sister section out at Beverly Park.. This clip give a whole feel of the section as you see the riders get some big air time in the warm summers eve..

So here is part one, as I try to get as much of the event that I can. I usually make several clips. Also sometimes there is too many great clips that it requires more than one.. So look forward to another for sure in the making. May also edit one on the jumping clinic as well, that will be later on, when I get a chance to edit that one..
