Thank you to everyone who came to our first meeting last night - lots of great ideas shared and the all important date, provisional route and theme have been pencilled in.
Keep your eye out for plenty of updates and announcements in the next few weeks, including all the details of how you can be involved.
If you weren’t able to attend last night, we will be sending updates via FB and WhatsApp so please drop us a message and we’ll get back to you with all the info this week.
And our next meeting will be THURSDAY 19TH MAY

Wow - what a great response we've had! Thank you for all the comments and messages so far, we can't wait to get our first meeting arranged (on the look out for a meeting venue to start us off, ideally the week following the Easter Bank Holiday).

We've had lots of questions already so we will be putting together an FAQ section for you over the coming days.

And we're loving hearing about all the memories people have of the Carnival - keep em coming!

Please continue to share our page, invite your friends, let people know the Carnival is coming back.

Romiley Carnival will return in the Summer of 2023.
Now that might seem a long time to wait but we will be starting from scratch, building a community event that everyone can be a part of.
The good news is, there is an abundance of talent, expertise, organisational skills and willing volunteers in the village - we just need to all get together!
So whatever your skill set, whatever your interest, get in touch and be a part of the planning for Romiley Carnival 2023 🎉
