It’s been a really busy few months here at Lou’s Kitchen -Catering for All. Apart from spending many hours in the kitchen creating delicious and even more decadently divine desserts than before, Lou’s Kitchen has moved!!! 👏🙌👏♥️
So exciting!!!!

Have you ever heard of Choux Cylinders?
I stumbled across a photo of one on Pinterest four months ago and decided that I was going to make them…😂 not the easiest dessert to make but we got there in the end after many failed attempts and hours spent in the kitchen.
👏👏👏 All good things come to those who persevere ( or something like that) 😂😂😂

Here at Lou’s Kitchen we believe that cooking and baking from scratch is paramount. So many foods / ready meals / sweets & puddings that you buy from the supermarkets are full of nasty stabilisers, additives, colourings and preservatives that we believe aren’t doing any of us any good so we source produce that local wherever possible which have little to no nasties in them.
The flours used to make the pastry’s are organic, the lemons are also organic, the eggs free range ( from a local farm ) the chocolate we use is Callebaut Couverture Chocolate
etc…
We so want our clients to enjoy the full experience of eating fresh & delicious home baked goods.
