I fell in love with the rave scene when I was 14 and snuck into my first show 😂 I’ve always had inspiration to find new music and deep dive to find those hidden gems. Because of this , when I got into my early 20’s it was really a no brainer that I should start DJing. There’s one thing I always tell myself when it comes to music & DJing. If it doesn’t make you want to move then what’s the point? I love making people get up and dance and enjoy themselves and making the crowd move will always be my number #1 goal.” 🎉

He’s played at signature Houston hot spots such as Rise Rooftop, Bauhaus, and Sunset Rooftop Lounge. He is excited to make everyone’s experience an unforgettable one! 😈

Pedro McKnight and Dakota (Dr.Dak) met and instantly bonded over their mutual love for disco, funk, and deep house and it shows through their sets. With the music scene growing here in Houston, they felt like there was certain vibe missing. The kind of vibe where you don’t have to be the cool guy in the club and take yourself too seriously. They love seeing the dance floor filled with different people from different walks of life, kind of like the jungle filled with all kinds of wildlife. That’s the kind of energy they strive to bring when they’re behind the decks.✨
👻ARTIST HIGHLIGHT👻: XYLA is a curator and producer of intricate sounds. She has a special love for house music and works with deep, tech, and tribal most often. Existing in creative spaces her whole life, XYLA brings inspiration from the many amazing creative people she has met along the way and from her belief that art should challenge you. Her catchphrase “Question Everything” challenges people to never settle for what the world attempts to sell you. Keep an open mind and a kind heart. Always ask why. XYLA believes that the role of art is to bring people together to both relieve them from the pains of life while simultaneously inspiring people to shake up the status quo so that the freedom we feel within art can be felt everywhere. 💜
