Very excited to be bringing Slater all the way from Cali to Panama City! 𝐒𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫 (a member of the Vada Vada collective along w/ The Garden, Cowgirl Clue & more) is known for his cali-style fusion of pop & hip-hop along with flavors of other styles like punk rock & reggae. Not one to miss if you like music that make you feel good n wanna dance! Supporting him on this leg of the tour will be ATL based hip-hop artist 𝐓𝐨𝐧𝐲 𝐕𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐮𝐫 & we’ll have 𝐄𝐠𝐨 𝐃𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡 & Purple Zombie opening the show! A limited amount of advance tickets are available for 12 bucks! After those are gone, it’s $15 at the door!

📣 LAST MINUTE VENUE CHANGE 📣
This show is One Week Away!! With the hobo unexpectedly closing, I had to find a new venue. This show will now be at the classic local house venue spot Fork & Spoon. I haven’t done a show here in 6 years! Will be cool to do it again. Many thanks to Scott for opening up his home to music of all kinds for many many years. What a real one. With that being said, this show is no longer Free as I have to pay these traveling bands somehow! I’ll be posted up at the door to receive your $5-10 suggested donation. C u there! Let’s rock!

My best friend, bandmate, kitchen companion, etc is moving to Oklahoma w/ his awesome partner Hen next month. I’m really grateful to have known Daniel for the past 12+ years and to have made epic art with him for most of those years. I’m gonna miss him a lot, but I’m excited to see what the future holds for him & Hen as they go on to try new things in life. They’re some of my favorite ppl and they deserve the 🌍. We’re throwing a final show at Mosey's for FreerF & Dirt Don't Hurt along with local legends The Jerry Riddle? & Barkers Of The Wrong Tree for a proper send off. Majority of proceeds will be going to help Dan & Hen with the move. Come show some love & get down to our tunes one last time ❤️🔥.

‼️VENUE CHANGE‼️
Due to very low temperatures this Sunday, we’re moving the show indoors to Mosey’s. I do have to charge for Mosey’s shows in order to pay the bands on tour. However, this time it’ll just be $5 instead of the usual $10 since it was supposed to be a free show initially. While I love Mosey’s & am stoked to have it there, this is p inconvenient considering I put out a bunch of fliers for the hobo. If you could help me out by sharing this flier & sending it to friends to help get the word out, I’d really appreciate it!! We got killer bands coming from Albuquerque & Vegas!! Come thru!

Panhandle Throwback Fest is THIS SATURDAY. Presales are sold out. 110 tickets will be available at the door. Flier says 1:30, but it’s likely we’ll open early at 1pm so we have time to process the line of people before music kicks off at 2! EDIT: ANYONE COMMENTING ABOUT TICKETS IS A SCAMMER 🤠 Enjoy this lil sampler of (most of) the opening acts! All this footage was taken at last year’s fest at Mosey’s aside from the Blind Tiger segment which is taken from their Little Room In Florida session. Thank you Javan for capturing all this vid and putting this lil reel together for us! He’ll be one of a few videographers there again this Saturday capturing footage of the bands.

LilyWhite - “Uproar” Live
LilyWhite performing “Uproar” in 2007 at the PCB Senior Center. Come see em play for the first time in 12 years at Panhandle Throwback Fest. Tickets, etc: http://linktr.ee/blindtigerfl LilyWhite was a Panama City indie alt/rock band from 2006 - 2011. I know for a fact they were influenced by bands like Forever Changed & @238band but I would also liken them to groups that came up around the same time as LW- Manchester Orchestra & Color Revolt. In their time as a band they released a 3 song demo cd that features the lineup you see here, followed by an EP titled My Heart Is Slowly Beginning to Work (2008) & a full length titled Less Dreaming, More Living (2010) both of which featured Weston (stage left guit) on lead vocals & Jake Bancroft (not in this video) on 2nd guit. Some of my first show memories are of seeing LW at the old Axis venue off 23rd street just walking distance from my home in highschool 2010. Their performances were always captivating and inspiring to me & I’m incredibly excited to have the chance to see them again. June 24th at Mosey’s!
The Dreamers Disease - Heart of Spring

Their album Personal Fable is a masterpiece & I know they’ll be playing plenty from it, but I’ve also heard talk of new material in the works. I’ve loved this band ever since I first listened to them on myspace. Was lucky enough to catch them once or twice in their brief stint with another bassist in 2012, but I’m incredibly stoked to finally see the OG line-up, the way god intended.
