Yesterday was a dream. I have so much gratitude for all the people involved in this music scene, past and present. Thank you so much to everyone that helped make Panhandle Throwback Fest happen. Shouts out to the old-heads that rolled out early for the new bands & the young folks that stuck around for the old guy bands. I think every band gained some new fans yesterday and thatโs a beautiful thing.

Presales are sold out. 110 tickets will be available at the door. Flier says 1:30, but itโs likely weโll open early at 1pm so we have time to process the line of people before music kicks off at 2!

LilyWhite was a Panama City indie alt/rock band from 2006 - 2011. I know for a fact they were influenced by bands like Forever Changed & @238band but I would also liken them to groups that came up around the same time as LW- Manchester Orchestra & Color Revolt. In their time as a band they released a 3 song demo cd that features the lineup you see here, followed by an EP titled My Heart Is Slowly Beginning to Work (2008) & a full length titled Less Dreaming, More Living (2010) both of which featured Weston (stage left guit) on lead vocals & Jake Bancroft (not in this video) on 2nd guit. Some of my first show memories are of seeing LW at the old Axis venue off 23rd street just walking distance from my home in highschool 2010. Their performances were always captivating and inspiring to me & Iโm incredibly excited to have the chance to see them again. June 24th at Moseyโs!

The Dreamers Disease is an incredible heavy, fast, emotional, and poetic band. Their album Personal Fable is a masterpiece & I know theyโll be playing plenty from it, but Iโve also heard talk of new material in the works. Iโve loved this band ever since I first listened to them on myspace. Was lucky enough to catch them once or twice in their brief stint with another bassist in 2012, but Iโm incredibly stoked to finally see the OG line-up, the way god intended.
