House Job Induction Test at Arif Memorial Teaching Hospital: I want to express my disappointment with the house job induction test scheduled for June 27 and 28, 2024, at Arif Memorial Teaching Hospital. The process for recruiting house officers based on this test and OSPE scores is disorganized and unfair, leading to unnecessary stress and confusion among participants. Institutions should base house job inductions on final year examination scores rather than conducting questionable tests and OSPEs for department placements.

Doctors And paramedical staff Needs to improve their Behaviour towards patients in Government Hospitals

We are Students of KIMS and KIDs... We didn't have our Internal hostel at first so we were living in External hostels under threats of Those Wardens providing us no security... We tried hard best to have our own internal hostel where we could feel safe and fortunately we got it! And we shifted to Internal hostel in January but what happened was when the college building also get shifted we started to suffer from water shortage ... We communicated with administration and everyone we could but the water issue didn't resolve... We couldn't even have water to drink when am saying we suffered from water issue!! It means we could neither use washrooms, nothing to drink , nothing to use .. +we ourselves dehydrated our hectic study and wards come back to drink just a sip of water but all we could hear is "there's no water in this place" but u guys Pakistan wala SABAR karain as we all know what it means like just stay quite and do SABAR ... And yeah alhmdolillah as Muslims and Pakistanis we did alot of SABAR .. even we couldn't have water to Drink in Ramadan .. in which water use is already limited but at Iftar and Sehri time we could just make sure to either drink water or make tea!! But now it's getting worse as we couldn't show patience and SABAR in Proffs now!! We are done !! Like Literally done !!!!!!! It's the end of patience now!! exams stress +No water ... So we did a protest and administration is saying they don't have funds But our Fee is 4.5 lac on Open Merit ... The highest fee open merit students we are and also we are Submitting 48 thousands fee per year for hostel without mess!! Now should we just die or do what when they don't have funds even now!!!!!! We want you to show concern towards this matter by mentioning our mother institute Khyber Medical University (KMU) on ur accounts... And Our Institutes Khyber Medical University Of Medical Sciences KIMS and Khyber Medical University of Dental Sciences KIDs Kohat!!

As whole medical community is aware of the incident in which a worker was injured due to fall of QAMC Hostel building wall. He was in critical situation & now the worker soul has left this world. May Allah bless the departed soul of the worker who is victim of negligence of authorities😞 إِنَّا لِلّهِ وَإِنَّـا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعونَ Every person has to raise voice for the worker's family as it is his legal right that QAMC administration should provide proper medical & other allowance/ expenditures to his family ; he is the only source of income for the whole family It is my request to raise this voice in medical community that administration of QAMC & health department should provide departed soul with proper allowances & should also make an inquiry over the all QAMC hostels because if this is happened @girls hostel due poor conditions of QAMC hostel buildings. Higher authorities should Provide students of QAMC with new hostels because living in these hostels is unsafe for medical students.
