Happy Friday everyone! As we’re getting ready for Easter here’s a QUICK and DELICIOUS cheesecake recipe that I know a lot of you love:

Crust
- 1 Cup crushed Graham Crackers
- 3 TBS granulated sugar
- 3.5 TBS melted butter

•Mix ingredients and press firmly into 12 cupcake liners.

Filling
- 16 Oz cream cheese
- 1/3 cup sour cream (Room Temp)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 TBS vanilla extract
- 2 Large Eggs (Room Temp)

•Mix cream cheese and sour cream until creamy then add in the rest of the ingredients and mix slowly with mixer until combined!
• Fill the 12 cupcake liners to the top.
• Bake at 325 degrees for 17-20 min until tops are set.
• Remove and let cool in pan for an hour.
• Put in airtight container and move to fridge for 3 hours or more.
• Right before serving, put fresh fruit or whatever you want on top and garnish with whipped cream.

This all inclusive bundle at an incredible price includes dinner up to 100 people, appetizers, late night snacks, your cake/cupcakes, servers, tips, all ready and paid for. You’d have to just cover alcohol and any other drinks you want to serve. All outside vendors won’t be covered (DJ, decor, flowers, etc).
