Although it's been a great ride, I must sadly announce that the decision of permanently shutting down my Coobie-Doo meal delivery business has been made.
For everyone that has supported me during my run, I can't thank you enough! It is hard to believe that what started out as a simple meal, cooked for a neighbor, exploded into a small, successful business that ends up having served almost 10,000 meals all across southern York County. I was also fortunate to meet hundreds of great people, partner with some great local businesses, and work with several great charitable organizations over the past year. I thank you all!
In closing, I just wanted to remind everyone the importance of supporting your local businesses. It's a tough world out there right now with labor challenges, supply chain issues, COVID, and sky rocketing product & fuel costs. Help your neighbors by buying local...they all need it. Also..a special thanks to Amanda Rombach, Holly Holleran of Ticos Whoopies, the Shenk Boys, Jeff Brown of Keller-Brown Insurance, all my Friends at Logan's View Winery, Meghan Smith, Stacey Robert, and my family for your amazing support and guidance. I couldn't have done this without you! And finally... There are hundreds of people within our community that still need help. The Well in Glen Rock provides free meals, and free pantry items for these neighbors. Please drop off canned goods and dried food items when you can! Thanks to all! RC.
