Holiday and engagement season is upon us! This time of year is always a time of reflection for me. Not only do I feel so incredibly grateful for another amazing year of helping people say “I do” but I also get SO excited about the upcoming year. Ren and I are humbled that you have trusted us to tell your love stories. We plan to do the same for the 2025 couples we’ve added so far and for the couples we still can’t wait to meet!

Katie and Chris’s castle wedding on the ocean was one of the most unique weddings I’ve been part of to date. A true fairy tale and an honor to be part of! Take a peek at some shots from their October wedding this Fall 🏰

Love, like a garden, requires patient labor and mindfulness. Neither will grow merely to satisfy ambitions or to fulfill good intentions. They thrive because effort was expended on them.

I’ve been dying to share this magical moment from Stefanie + Andrew’s ceremony. A unity expression that was perfectly theirs 🪴

I’m so grateful for this beautiful review from Stephanie + Eric. Their September wedding in Gloucester on the water was the picture of perfection at a stunning historic estate. Still dreaming about it over here!

It was important to Madi and Steve to incorporate meaningful traditions from each other’s cultures into their wedding ceremony. In addition to the Kiddush Blessing and standing beneath a Chuppah with small family tokens, the conclusion of the ceremony was a smash! Literally! Madi broke a plate to honor Steve’s Greek heritage and Steve broke a glass to honor Madi’s Jewish one.

Merging these traditions in a seamless way was so fun and I know their guests loved the extra personal touches this couple incorporated into their big day! This was a fun one!

Salina + Aaron could not have had a more perfect Fall day for their elopement. Crystal clear skies and crisp air welcomed us at 6am in the White Mountains. There’s something so special about starting a sunrise hike at the trailhead in the dark. The anticipation of knowing that your ascent is leading you to a new day and a new core memory is more excitement than I can put into words. Luckily, we have the incredible photos from to fill in where words can’t.

I loved this morning. Congratulations Salina + Aaron!!

Sometimes, the day is so spectacular that I have doubts the pictures will capture the magic of these elopements accurately. And then they do.

Good morning from Mount Willard 🌄

I’m headed up to the White Mountains this afternoon to stay overnight for a sunrise elopement in the morning! I get to team up on this adventure with an exceptional vendor list that I CANNOT wait to share with you! Keep an eye on my stories for all the BTS fun coming up with

In the meantime, enjoy this gorgeous throwback from the incredible of one of my favorite elopements that involved a lost (and then found) wedding ring 💍

I met Jamie and Joe through a styled shoot that we all got to work together on a couple of years ago and instantly connected with them both. I’m not sure if they were aware at the time but I decided they were going to be my friends 🤗. Luckily for me, they didn’t fight this relationship. When they got engaged and asked me to officiate their wedding, I was honored! Especially because they both have incredible ties to vendors in the wedding industry and knew exactly what they wanted for their big day (Jamie makes the most incredible party charcuterie boards you’ve ever seen - check her out ). I had the privilege of attending their wedding as a guest after the ceremony and the party did NOT disappoint. I feel so lucky that this job has connected me deeply with so many incredible people. Love you so much Jamie + Joe. Congratulations, I’m so happy for you!!

One of the first questions I ask couples when building the ceremony structure is if they are interested in including a unity ceremony or expression. The first reaction I often get is “What’s that?”

A unity expression is an additional symbolic gesture to personalize your ceremony and make it truly unique to you as a couple. I’ve had a handful of really special unity ceremonies this year so far but Chelsea and Ben’s was the first I’ve seen of its kind! After initially meeting on Hinge, Chelsea and Ben thought it would be fun to actually lock a door hinge closed as their unity ceremony! They used two separate locks with no key for unlocking and closed them on the hinge to symbolize their commitment to one another. SO FUN!! I loved watching this idea become a reality!
