Hey Spokane! Join Rachael of and Annie of for an evening of Intention Setting, Music, Dance, Sound Healing, drinks and treats at for the Summer Solstice!

The summer solstice is the longest day of the year and a powerful time to set intentions for the rest of this season. Annie will begin with intention setting and drink ceremony, and Rachael will guide everyone in opening breathwork, sound healing and movement. Enjoy the best dance party of your life, let loose, have fun, eat, drink and be merry!

Never danced a day in your life? We want you there! Rachael is passionate about the healing and liberating power of Freeform movement and self expression through dance! Ecstatic Dance is Traditionally done solo and freeform, but can be a little intimidating for the uninitiated!

Instead of throwing you right into the deep end, Rachael will guide you through a series of movements, awareness exercises, and muscle activations, giving you the groundwork to move intuitively and discover YOUR inner dance.
