The research study that we have been working on titled: "Our Friend is a PWD: Embracing the Concept of the Ethics of Care to Strengthen the Psychological Safety of Employees With Disability in Food and Beverage Industry", has become one of the seven finalists of University of the Philippines Tourism Convention 2022. Buenaventura, for cooperating with us and making the event FestiBAR: Bar Practice Show-off a success by showcasing their talent in making their tasty concoctions and skills in entertaining us with how they manipulate the bar tools in a tricky and dazzling way.
