This year has seen some of the most passionate and committed students come through our training!

A few turned up game face and ready to rumble, others arrived unsure but left full of drive and newly found ambition. It's been glorious to watch unfold.

Some have gone on to work in 5* spas, some have built incredible studio spaces of their own, many have kick started side hustles along side current jobs and family life, some have committed to nurturing community, others have nestled into their own niche! And, some are just beginning to work out the how's, what's, and where's that will make this new skill work best for them.

As this year now draws to a close, it's my turn to start getting ready to take on a whole new year of students in 2025! I am so excited. There are already 12 lovely people signed up to join us, and only 18 spaces across the whole year now remaining! Eeek!

I can't wait to meet the 2025 crew and welcome them at our stunning training location in Cornwall!

🌱 As a retreat chef, one of my favorite joys is introducing participants to new ways of cooking vegetables!

✨ Kabocha squash is a true powerhouse, packed with carotenoids, vitamins C & A, and a fantastic source of both soluble and insoluble dietary fiber. Plus, it has no saturated fats or cholesterol!

🥰 The taste of Kabocha is simply divine! Today, I made miso-glazed roasted Kabocha, paired with ginger and garlic sautéed greens, served on a bed of coconut red rice.

🌼 A delicious, healthy, vegan, and gluten-free lunch for our yogis!
