Let’s dig a little deeper…
I gained a passion for events and design when I was 17, I developed a very good eye for detail and after being an assistant for an Asian wedding company in 2018 my passion grew even more.
I’ve also always been a creative person which I definitely got from my Mum, who is the main reason I believe I started this business. She always supported me, kept me motivated and determined to go far in life.
In 2018 we wanted to throw her a 50th birthday party, for her 48th, because we knew deep down she wouldn’t make it that far as she had cancer at the time. We needed to wait a little for her to get better before we could plan and celebrate, but predictions came true and she didn’t last much longer after her 48th birthday. This meant we never even got round to organising a party. And after her passing from cancer, I had lost faith and all the passion I had to continue with my dreams.
The reason I am telling you this today is because this business means much more to me than people may realise. I am introducing to you a second part of what I will be doing which is decorating for those who are terminally ill or suffering with a disease, who aren’t able to step outside of their own homes due to illness, children who’s home is the hospital… etc. This will be done on a free of charge basis, however any donations given would be greatly appreciated. All decorations will be from stock I have at that time.
It would also have been my first chance to organise and decorate if Mum had been able to celebrate for her birthday, so this is why it’s so important for me. Since I couldn’t do it for her, I want to do it for other beautiful souls out there. I wish to help everyone else be able to celebrate an event or simply just see something so creative and lovely without the stresses of organising and paying - on top of everything they’re already going through.
I’m looking into working closely with charities as well, there’s so much more to come from this.. For further information please do not hesitate to contact me 🤎
