A little late, but we just wanted to extend our sincere thanks to everyone who voted for us as One of the Best in the Basin under the party rentals category!! I can’t believe we’re about to hit our 3 year mark.

With that being said, we have some news to share with you guys. Life for us is changing in the coming months, which means that we have to “temporarily” close our doors for the rest of the year and for the majority of next year.

I say temporarily, because I know I’ll find my way back to creating again at some point! I just don’t know when.

It’s been so fun, and I can’t believe that we were given the opportunity to be a part of countless special moments over the years. We are forever grateful!

Of course we are sticking to previously booked events, but as of now, our books are closed for the rest of 2023 and 2024 until further notice.

Thank y’all for the amazing support and understanding! We are eternally grateful for everyone whose gotten us this far! 💕🎈

Unfortunately, someone has decided to steal, not only mine, but several other Etsy seller’s designs and sell them as her own. I have reached out to this seller and have politely asked her to please remove my design. I also reached out to the Etsy sellers whose designs I recognized. The seller has yet to remove the listing, so I opened a case with Etsy. I’m very disappointed in Etsy as they rejected the report. I have all my designs watermarked.
Another seller informed me that Etsy also rejected their report, which is even more infuriating.
If you could please take the time to report this listing.
It’s already hard coming up with original designs in an oversaturated field, but this is just ridiculous.

MAMA WE MADE IT TO AMAZON!🎉😜

BUT seriously, this is what a balloon pro means when they say kits online do not give realistic expectations! We understand that balloon work may not fit every budget, but these DIY kits will not produce what a professional would.

These kits steal professional photos, then sell the consumer poor quality balloons, and not even in the correct quantity. Even if a professional were to build your kit that you purchased from Amazon for $23, they still could not reproduce their own work without adding balloons and doing some serious rigging.

By all means, if professional balloon work does not fit your budget, balloon kits can be a great option for you! That’s how we started out! But, there is no way around the sweat. It’s still hasn’t gotten any easier for me to produce quality work in under three hours start to finish and that’s after having two years of experience.

With all that being said, this post is just to educate consumers who may not think balloon work should cost as much as it does, but this principle also applies to any other small business! Appreciate that what your buying is a convenient bargain for the talent, experience, and countless hours of education that you’re hired professional took care of for you! We might also be in a better mood doing it because everything is not always as easy as it looks. 😂😜

With the stresses the holiday season affecting just about everyone, please remember to be kind and patient with your favorite small businesses!

Although OUR busy season may not be a concern to all, it is important to understand that this is an easy time for small businesses to get overwhelmed & flooded with messages, inquiries, and emails.

Please remember to not take delays in responses personally. While we do love to be a part of every important moment of our customers lives, we sometimes sacrifice, forget, and neglect the important moments we have to share with our own families.

Although we do not ask for sympathy, we do ask for patience and to remember that we are human, despite how often we try to prove otherwise.

With that being said, please respect and acknowledge a small businesses form-of-communication requests as well as their methods of placing a proper order or booking a service.
