Yesterday we catered the "Santa Teresa 1796 Experience" by
Our executive Chef Chucho Rojas went back to his Venezuelan roots making some delicious Arepas made with a blend of white corn and maiz pilado. As to the "sofrito" in the arepas, 1776 Santa Teresa Rum of course. By the way, Chucho happens to be one of the guys behind the movement Historia de la arepa

We catered the event and did some concession sales.

We're still buzzing from the incredible experience of catering the gala for at the majestic Alfred Dupont Building in Miami!

Our team pulled out all the stops to create a menu that not only tantalized the taste buds but also beautifully complemented the elegance of the event. Seeing our culinary creations being enjoyed in such a grand setting was a true highlight. Proud to have been part of such an empowering evening and to support an amazing cause!
