We have some exciting news! Our good friends Dustin and Susan will be operating their cafe from the Full Curl Smoker’s building in Hobson! They will offer BREAKFAST, LUNCH and DINNER 7am-8pm Friday through Tuesdays, closed Wednesdays and Thursdays starting Friday January 5th! Hey everyone! We have some IMPORTANT NEWS!
This up-coming week will be our last week under our historical schedule!
We are re-directing our focus and getting back to what got us here- our first passion- Texas Style Barbecue! Sunday December 3rd will be our last day under the previous schedule. After that day we will be open Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays 11am to 8PM. Sundays we will be open until SOLD OUT! Keep your eyes peeled for our new menu! ❤️

Hello friends and supporters of Full Curl Smokers! We would like to update you on a couple days that we have to close this month due to staffing issues. We know this is extremely inconvenient and we deeply apologize! We are looking to hire a part to full-time employee that will get us back to being open regularly. Our restaurant will operate as usual with the following exceptions for the month of November:

Closed on
Monday, November 6
Friday, November 10
Monday, November 13
Wednesday, November 15
We are also closed on Thanksgiving day!

Once again, we are sorry for the inconvenience and please pass the word along that we are looking for a part-time full-time employee!

We hope to see you tomorrow during our regular business hours for breakfast and lunch! ❤️
