Our first profit…. Special order, burnt ends on the smoker now! A special hot sauce by request and some chicken thighs on the house for our first customer! Trust the process!

Busy day cooking yesterday. Two kinds of pulled pork, two kinds of pork belly burnt ends, and some yard bird thighs! I developed and perfected a new wet rub and binder. I also did three sauces: Carolina Gold, KC, and Alabama White… all said and done 80 people fed and lots of compliments and quite a few leads!!!
