We have some exciting news to tell. We are Hippy Happy to announce we are changing the name of our page to Excel Parties! We appreciate all of your support and enthusiasm since announcing the Hippie Festival to be held in May. This led us to our new adventure and renaming our page. Excel Parties would love to plan your next event. We are expanding beyond just Rodeo events. We will begin hosting Festivals,Birthday, Anniversary, Wedding, Gender Reveal etc...you name it we will plan it. We will be updating the page this week with our Bands, food trucks, vendors and activities for our Happy Hippie Festival in May. Ps...Stanley aka Bub is still a part of this page.

There will be a benefit BBQ this Friday and Saturday for a close friend and member of the community. Wayne Yount was in a serious head on collision last week and had to be airlifted to Charlotte where he remains in the hospital with multiple broken bones. If you missed the time to call in orders we plan to have plenty of extra so you can come by and pick up some BBQ. Address is listed on poster and the smokers and grills will be set up at the red barn. Tough Enough Rodeo Company & Campground would greatly appreciate the help of our community, family and all of our friends on Facebook to help support at this time. Today would have been our 1st Annual Hippie Festival but we cancelled it for all the right reasons. We are Hippie happy and excited to announce the new date for our festival in 2022. Mark your calendar for May 20th & 21st and plan to join us for lots of good times, food, music and shopping with our many vendors who plan to be there. We are planning events for 2022 with Rodeos, Festivals and many more events. In the coming months we will be calling all vendors and food trucks to pick and sign up for one or all of our events. Unfortunately Jackpot Barrel Racing is cancelled this evening due to the heavy rain fall we received yesterday. The arena needs some serious drying out.

It has been a difficult decision to make but it is one we gave all consideration for the safety and wellbeing of our community, family, friends and everyone that help make these events one to remember and return every year to see.
We have decided to cancel the Hippie Festival on October 16. Due to the rising numbers with Covid cases we had rather be know for a good time and not a super spreader event.
The health and wellbeing of our festival partners, musicians, vendors and all the many wonderful volunteers and attendees remain our highest priority. We are planning a Spring Hippie Festival provided we are in a good place and Covid behind us. We will also be planning many events for 2022. We will keep you posted. Keep a check on our page. Calling all craft vendors, food vendors or direct sale vendors. It will be based on the first person to contact me and send in the vendor fee with application.
We would love to have you join us for our upcoming 1st Annual Hippie Festival at Tough Enough Rodeo on October 16. This will be an outdoor event from 10am-6pm. If you are interested in more information please send us a message or email to [email protected] and we will send you application.
