Sweet peach tumeric oats 🍑

I felt like a breakfast to help with inflammation this morning💕
-oats
-oat milk
-splash of tumeric, salt, cinnamon into the oat milk as it comes to a boil
-add in a chopped up peach
Stirs in oats and maple syrup to liking
Fresh mint on top

Healthy eating era… meal prepped two lunches and tonight for dinner im having chickpea pesto penne w/ sauteed zucchini, plump tomatoes, onion and garlic. chicken sausage and pesto mixed in with some wine, a touch of pasta water, and fresh mozz - definitely a meal I can repeat and I hate leftovers 🙃
