Yesterday I began a series on how healthy are you.
I listed out ways we all can maintain a healthy life style as the say gos A HEALTHY PERSON IS A WEALTHY PERSON.

Let's begin.
1.MEASURE AND WATCH YOUR WEIGHT.
The need for all of us to look out on how much weight we are gaining can't be over emphasized.
The reason for this is that many of us in a bid to enjoy ourselves take in too much that by time we realize it we have added too much.
Therefore keeping track of your body weight on daily or weekly basis will help you see what you're gaining and know what to do before it gets out hand and you start looking for every kind fats removals to help you come down.
See let me tell you, if you like swallow an Elephant, when you wake up the next morning you will be hungry I mean very hungryoooh. So why not eat small today and the rest tomorrow and tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow that will never finish.
