✨I feel like a new person. Attending and presenting at fueled me back up. ⛽️

I missed my people...more than I even knew. I love my tribe.❤️

Getting to be ME on stage and go deep with a hard look at our mental health was an honor. Seeing the response has been mind boggling. To see a group stand in unison to show what anxiety and depression look like and to support others was overwhelming. That’s a memory I won’t soon forget. ❤️
Thanks to for giving me a chance and to and for all of their direct work with me and to the board who killed it.👏🏻
