To all our new and old customers thank you for the trust and referrals! 🤗

As some of you may already know we have other projects going on. We are still taking bookings but do recommend to call or message for date and service availability with time ahead of your event.

As some of you may know, or maybe not BYM Royal Designs has been defamed in one of the worst ways a company could go through. This company has started after years of it only being a dream that started in the living room of our home. We are a typical family with jobs that wake up every day to go to work. We see BYM Royal Designs operations not as a job but more of one of our hobbies. Our operations are done only by family at all times. We have been wrongfully accused of theft of an endless list of items. This situation has been very stressful to go through, we have never been involved in any situation with falsely accusations made of this magnitude. Not only is the company name being defamed but also the owners as individuals. Our pictures have been exposed without consent like a trophy around social media with the worst accusations one could go through. Our kid has to deal with the fact that her parents are being wrongly accused all over social media, with their pictures attached and that is more than wrong. We have to explain to our daughter that is all ok and that she is not to worry and that her parents will be ok, as her only fear as a kid is what will her life be like without her parents as she cannot help to think the worse. You all can imagine how hard it is to live this situation at home. We have never and will never be the people to take items that are not ours. We have always addressed these individuals with nothing but respect. We have been wrongfully accused! We have our conscious clean as we know we have never committed an act of theft. We are cooperating and have reached out to authorities to handle this defamation and wrongfully accusations accordingly. Although this situation has brought extreme stress please know we are still open for business as the show must go on. If you have an upcoming event booked with us, no need to worry we will conduct the event as planned. We appreciate the loyal support of family, friends and customers that have been here for us. We are confident that this situation will definitely be a lesson learned to unfortunately not trust so easily and not be as naive or willingly to help another business assuming their initial character presented is who they are and we fully trust in the legal authorities to handle this matter accordingly.
