Mrs Clause and I had a free couple days away and we went to the mountains in Gatlinburg and we stopped by The Christmas Place and I was able to pic up a new copy Twas the Night Before Christmas that has some pretty cool illustrations inside. Funny thing when we went to check out, the guy at the register asked where we were from. I looked at him and said "ahhhhh, the North Pole!"

There have been a few I have shared this with. Maybe you are at a place where this can help you too! Trust in Him close your eyes and just jump. You see I saw this after making the exact statement. I had just started in the "fake" beard phase at a daycare when a little kid pulled the beard and I said to myself "ok, let's JUMP". In starting this next step was due to some family friends talking me into the current phase of the white beard. Days upon Days He has shown me His plan!

Where do I begin? Year #2 is in the books. One thing I definitely learned is to not challenge HIM, He will definitely get your attention. I remember saying in praise to Him last year as I sat down and wrote after the @1400 I saw was "there is no way He can make it better". Boy did I ever get taught, HE doubled my experience! Folks this year I rose above 2,900 smiling faces both young and old in 43 visits over 28 days! Boy was it amazing! The interaction from both young and old was just mind blowing! From the littlest of ones that just the day before melted down on their santa experience the day before to be wanting to be picked up and held by on old bearded guy, to the oldest that were just amazed buy my appearance and told me "you are the most amazing Santa I have ever seen"
Who could have ever have imagined such gifts received of an old guy just spreading His joy? One of the highlights of my season, the babies! Last year I wanted just one sleeping santa/baby pic, but nada, not a single one. OH but this year, THIS YEAR, I finished tonight with my 17th! Another highlight is my lovely wife joining me as Mrs Claus! After a little persuasion and her seeing children interacting with me on our trip to Opryland Hotel I think she saw a spark of what I see! Folks from the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU for allowing me to be a small part of your Christmas season!

Here's to the 2023, looking forward to 2024! Pray for those families that lost loved ones and didn't get to make it to His birthday, for their celebration is more than we can imagine! Take the pictures, take the videos, TAKE WAY TOO MANY! One day you will want them!

Last year I was just amazed how well sleeping baby and santa pics look. I just wanted one, never had the first. This year there was a bit of a change. Tonight marked my 13th sleeping baby pic this season! Every parent really loved these as we did them! Bring on more!

Done with event #2. Had a bit of time left and I was in the area I was raised in until 5th grade. So I went by the old house (yep its over 50yrs old) and by the octagon shaped elementary school I went to until Feb/March of 5th grade
