I’m not sure if anyone follows this page anymore but I’m bringing it back, this time I’m starting a cottage law shop! Basically what that means is I’ll do everything from marinades, dehydrated soups, artisanal breads, pastries and many other goodies. I’ll post what I’m planning to make every week! It’ll all be locally sourced ingredients, seasonally relevant, and handmade. I am food safe managerial certified, have an AAS in artisanal foods and culinary as well as a certificate of proficiency in pastry!

If you have suggestions, please let me know! If anyone is interested please interact with this post, this page has been inactive for some time and I’d love to see if anyone os still out there 💖

Guess who’s back, back again?! HELLO let’s get this summer stress off of all of you, I’m so excited for a new menu! Orders close on Friday this week and deliveries are Sunday! I am now in Lowell so if you’re picking up keep that in mind. ALSO I am taking commissions for the 4th so if you want grilled food, sides, desserts, let me know. If you want your own specialized meal plan also let me know! Thankyou everyone for all of your kind words and the outcry of support. I feel better than I ever have in my life and I’m glad I took the decision to have a mental health break. Hope everyone has a fantastic week. 💕much 💕

I will be delivering Saturday morning instead of Sunday! If you have a craving, let me know I’ll make it for you. Remember I still do individual meal plans. To clarify: I have a menu I post weekly you can order from OR you can do a meal prep plan and I posted prices! These are separate situations! The meal prep plan is more for people with a specific goal or just wanting individual meals only, my menu is geared more for families and people who want more option based ordering!

New pricing menu for individual meal prep options! My weekly menu will still come out for family meals and individuals but this is a menu I’ll come up with for YOU only you and what healthy looks like based on your goals! Holler at me with any questions Meal prep individual menu:

3 meals (breakfast lunch or dinner) $25
5 meals (breakfast lunch or dinner) $40
7 meals (breakfast lunch or dinner) $55
10 meals (breakfast lunch or dinner) $65
14 meals (breakfast lunch dinner) $70
These can be for any dietary restriction: keto, low carb, gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian, anti inflammatory, vegan, you name it. These are OFF menu items. They will be specific to your needs! If you’re not sure what you need I am partnering with an amazing woman here in NWA who is a fitness coach and she can help guide you as can I! Even if you have no goals other than feeding yourself let me know and I can do meals for you as well. These can also be children meals if you are needing picky kiddo food or even healthy food. I’m here for you
