So for those of you who know... I bought a 2019 Jeep from the Go Nissan dealership north side. They sold me the Jeep with one tire size wrong, a cracked windshield, smoke smell in the cabin, there was dust on the fold down visors and such. Two weeks after I get the Jeep I noticed that the tire size was wrong... I contact them right away to see what they can do about this... as it's damaging my ABS, transmission and also I found out it will VOID my warranty that THEY sold me on. It's been 3 months now and I keep getting told that they will give me a call back.... I phoned them on Thursday, "we'll call you back".... called em on friday, same thing..... i didn't call the Monday in hopes to see if they would return my phone call.... still no luck. 2 weeks ago their Mechanical manager Dustin phoned me saying that the tires they sold me barely have any tread left on them and confirmed my suspicion about the one wrong tire size, it will void my warranty and destroy the vehicle itself....... All I asked from them is to replace the single tire with the correct size per the other tires.... their response to that was, well we can't just replace one tire and have to do them all... so if you want this done, it's going to be about $1000... is what Dustin told me.... at that point, I reiterated that you sold me a Jeep-AWD with a wrong tire size. The Jeep is NOT safe, it's self damaging and you want ME to spend more money to fix something that should have been corrected in the shop? At the point I was ready to break down and say f**k it but Dustin said he'll get a sales manager to dig into this and give me a phone call back..... this convo was around the 2month- 2 half month mark.....Thus I haven't heard from them yet... my Jeep has been sitting there for the past 2 weeks now...... I pay their warranty they sold me on but can't claim my tires as they have "legally" enough tread on them and are not damaged...... yet in a about another month or two the treads would be low enough.... they f**ked me over on my wheels....
I seriously do not know what to do at this point. I'm contact Amvic and Global Edmonton soon enough once I have their final decision. I can't drive my Jeep, I'm spending way more money then I wanted to and what I can afford..... It truly seems like no one cares at all about the customer there. I've seen their General Manager Salha reply to other google comments yet not to mine? I guess a paying customer of $37,000 isn't worth getting back to?
Does anyone have any advice or suggestions..... I'm completely and utterly screwed here and it appears the dealership doesn't want to take any action at all besides taking my money.
Not doing too well right now.
