JMCA WDAAC GHANA World Day for African and Afrodescendant Culture

03/08/2022

Culture is what defines us in space and time – our past and present roots, our prospects. It adapts to changing contexts and speaks to people first and foremost through their capacity to imagine, create and innovate. It is about time to celebrate the power of culture! This is why you cannot miss this. This year, 40 years after its first edition, UNESCO's Conference will be held in Mexico, building on the reflections and actions of the world community over the past four decades to put culture at the heart of development.
