Our new favorite thing: champagne glitter bombs from !

Susannah wanted guests to get in on the fun immediately, so we had champagne waiting for them upon arrival. Guests just dropped the glitter bombs in their drinks and voila! Starry night in a glass! Susannah’s artist friend made all of her beautiful signage to let guests know what to do! Breaking from the norm, they ended their ceremony with a toast to start the party! 🥂✨

Bustlegate 2021. 😂 Even though we did in fact practice, Lindsey’s bustle was so tricky it took three of us to make it happen! Luckily, Lindsey had a lot of patience and a good sense of humor about it. Bustles can be SO tricky when you’re in a hurry. Brides, make sure you leave plenty of room in your timeline to practice the bustle with bridesmaids and family. Multiple people should know how to do it and you should definitely practice! ✨

I loved Ben + Kate’s signage!

Often overlooked, consistent signage can help you communicate with your guests in SO many ways and create a cohesive design. What seems obvious isn’t always obvious, AND you can incorporate so many personal touches this way. It can be as creative or simple as you like, but you definitely need signage throughout your event. Don’t skip those “reserved” signs, either. ✨

It’s wedding week for Lindsey + Andrew! These two love bugs have been dating since the 8th grade - truly middle school sweethearts! This wedding is extra special for us because it’s a family affair. And yes, you recognize those faces because Lindsey is usually our Coordination Assistant and Andrew is usually the muscle behind our events! We love them so and can’t wait to officially have Lindsey as a part of the Stemple clan! 💕✨

This Mother’s Day was special because it was my very first. I’m thankful for for capturing this sweet season of life for us. I’m returning from maternity leave soon, but enjoying a few more baby snuggles first. ✨

Finally getting to share our nursery, which was *barely* finished when we entered the hospital on February 7. I really love this little space.

Special things: My friend from middle school painted the animal prints. Mitchell’s mom cross stitched the train for Mitchell when he was a little boy. The wooden train was Mitchell’s first Christmas gift from his Grandma Jones. The little wooden bear was made by the late Grandpa Jones. My dad bought Henry the silver musical rabbit on the desk. The desk was my Uncle Melvin’s (our dog Melvin’s namesake) and was my childhood desk. Plus, so many special gifts from friends and family!

Don’t forget to have your photographer capture all the special little things you bring for your wedding day. When you have your trial run with your makeup artist, ask for the brand/shade of lipstick used so you can go purchase some of your own. It’s worth the investment, and when you wear that shade after your wedding day, you’ll feel just as special.✨
