Lunch for 4 from Divonne market today. Lovely Roasted Dover Sole fresh out of the grill. Such a wonderful fish on its own, great flesh and taste with lemon and butter. It seems intimidating but once you make it, you realise it's not an issue anymore. How would you like it? I can work with you to cook it and after, you can do it on your own.

Thai red curry with cabillaud, prawns and okra with coconut rice. Accompany a 2013 Riesling from the wonderful Grasso family in Piemonte. Perfect pairing with a spicy seafood dish.

A request was an odd combination but it worked well if you eat in sequence and it had things that each wanted. Tomato cerise salad, gratin of leaks and a stuffed squid Sicilian style.

This was a delicious creation I put together last evening for a group. Lemon caper butter over cabillaud with a hint of mustard layered over herb quinoa and a spicy roasted cauliflower on the side. Yum, I am free this Saturday to host your party!

Call to see how my service can help you and treat your loved ones to a nutritious, great tasting home cooked meal! I offer private cooking classes and onsite and offsite catering services. Where I can cook at my place and deliver to your home, or I can come to your home or venue and cook on site.
Prices range from around 35 to 50 pp for a two-course meal with sides depending on ingredients. Main courses with sides can range from 25 to 35. Minimum 2-person order and free delivery in a 10 km radius of Nyon.

I prefer to customize a dinner for you, but here are some menu ideas to stimulate your interest:
Appetizers: Goat cheese stuffed figs with pancetta, crab stuffed mushroom caps, deviled eggs with fish eggs, escargot in mushroom caps, chorizo goat cheese pizza, oysters Rockefeller, & bacon wrapped scallops.
Soups: Roasted red pepper and tomato, roasted winter vegetables, butternut squash with ginger, carrot ginger, chickpea and chorizo with spinach & roasted leek and cauliflower.
Main courses: Smoked salmon over salmon with pickled ginger, swordfish with lime and tequila, Asian seared tuna steaks, salmon and spinach quiche, Moroccan lentils (veg, nonveg, or stuffed in eggplant), shepherds pie, roasted lamb ottolenghi style,white bean stew (with a sausage like Figatellu), beef stew, Dinosaur pork ribs with my own sauce, sage and mushroom pork roast with red wine, pulled pork tacos, macaroni and cheese, Ancho beef chili, stuffed courgettes & polenta gorgonzola and bacon gratin.
Risotto: Mushroom, gorgonzola, seafood.
Deserts: NY style Cheesecake, maple pumpkin cheesecake, crème brulé, molten lava cakes, gruyere crusted apple pie, fruit salad, poached pears in white wine & chocolate bananas
