Plan Extra Time for Everything
Everything will take longer than expected, hair, makeup, and even putting on the dress. Build in extra time to avoid feeling rushed.

Consider Your Venue and Lighting
Outdoor, natural lighting can differ from indoor, dimly lit venues. Work with your makeup artist to create a look that complements the lighting at your venue and your photographer to get the best shots.

Have a "Day Of" Emergency Kit
Include items like safety pins, fashion tape, plasters, makeup touch ups, and deodorant. You never know what little emergencies might pop up!

Assign a Point Person (or Hire a Day-of Coordinator)
If your budget allows, consider hiring a professional on the day coordinator who can manage all the logistics, suppliers, and timing, allowing you and your loved ones to fully enjoy the celebration stress free! If budget is tighter designate a trusted friend or family member to handle any last minute questions or issues so you’re not bothered during the day.

Bride to be & Coordinator 🥂

November next year, I’ll be walking down the aisle, and it’s been such a fun experience being on the other side of the planning process.

I’ve already got the venue, band, photographer, flowers, my dress (yes, it’s gorgeous!), and much more sorted! I’ll admit... being a planner has definitely helped with staying on top of things. But even with all my experience, I’m reminded how personal this journey is, it’s not just about logistics, it’s about those little details that make the day yours.

Getting to experience both sides of the wedding world just makes me even more passionate about what I do! 💍
