New party packages and new characters are in the works and the characters will arrive in the next few weeks. Once the characters have arrived I will be having a competition so keep a look out!

When booking a party/event a deposit is required to book you in. This must be paid within 5 days (before 5pm on the 5th day) to secure your booking. If I do not receive the payment or proof of payment before it is due then unfortunately I cant attend your party/event and the time will become available and given to the next person that books it. If the deposit is paid after the due date and someone else has been sent an invoice then we will wait to see If they pay the deposit, if they do before the due date then I will refund your money. If they don't then I will attend your booking.

When I send off the invoice that time/date is held for you for 5 days making me unavailable for anyone else that wants to book that time. I no longer chase people up because when I was most people were no longer interested or just didn't respond so if I don't receive the deposit or a message telling me its on the way in the timeframe I will assume you no longer require my services.

What really frustrates me is that all the details are written on the invoice and you are told about the timeframe when booking. I understand things happen and people get sick etc so this is why I give you 5 days however if people continue to pay late then I will have to crack down and change it to 48 hours even though I don't want to.

To ensure I attend your booking I recommend you pay the deposit as soon as you receive the invoice then you don't need to worry about forgetting about it or even set a reminder in your phone. I hate having to tell people that because they didn't pay before the due date the time they wanted has been given to someone else but these bookings and babysitting are my only source of income so I cant wait around for people and knock back other potential bookings because I'm waiting on a deposit that doesn't come.

I hope you understand and I don't want to be horrible or mean but I can't just sit back and say its alright when I am having my time wasted and end up with no money for bills because I knock back other bookings.

Mum asked me to make a couple of flowers for her to give to the nurses that looked after her while she was in hospital as a thank you gift and since they loved the bouquet I made for her. So yesterday she dropped into the hospital after her check up and gave them to the nurses who loved them and were very thankful!

Oh my goodness, I'm already getting lots of inquiries for Christmas parties!!

Prices:
~ Face painting:
- 1 face painter (roughly 15 faces per hour) $60 per hour
- 2 face painters (roughly 30 faces per hour) $100 per hour

~ Balloon twisting:
- 1 balloon twister (roughly 15 balloons per hour) $60 per hour
- 2 balloon twisters (roughly 30 balloons per hour) $100 per hour

~ Combination of balloons and face paint:
- 1 person (roughly 8 children get both a balloon and face paint per hour) $60
- 2 people (roughly 15 children get both) $100 per hour
- 4 people [2 doing balloons 2 doing face paint] (roughly 30 balloons and 30 faces per hour) $200 per hour

~ Add ons:
- Premade balloons:
30 balloons for $50, 60 balloons for $100 etc.
- Costumed worker:
$10 extra per hour, per worker
- Bubble machine (Electricity required near set up area) $10 extra per hour
- Small gift per child: $5 per child
- Balloon Lolly cups: $40 10 filled cups or $20 10 unfilled

Every child also gets candy cane!

I love helping at charity events but as you can imagine face paints are very expensive so I am not able to help for free however I am always more than happy to talk about different options that benefit everyone.

I love doing work for charities however face painting supplies are expensive and I still have to pay for petrol and public liability insurance. I'm more than happy to work something out for you and your charity however I do not work for free.

Any new booking that I have not sent an invoice to will now have 5 days to pay the non-refundable deposit instead of the 7. I have had multiple people not pay until after the week has been up so I am cracking down on this.
No payment = No booking.

This isn't fair on the other people that inquire about the date and i say I'm available since your deposit hasn't been paid then you decide to pay a few days later without checking if I'm available first.

On July 1st party prices will be going up.
Any party booking made before July 1st will be charged the old price so get in quickly before the price increase.

~ Coloured hair spray with beaded braiding $60 per hour
~ Bling and glitter bar $70
(Combo/package prices will also be changing)

Who would be interested in an Easter character visit this year?

Either The Frozen Princess or Miss Wiggly will come to your house and visit your child/ren on the Saturday before Easter.
Whats included:
🐰 A surprise knock at the door for your child/ren to answer
🐰 20 minute visit
🐰 Easter gift basket
🐰 Photo oportunities
🐰 Meet and greet with the character

Each visit will cost $50 (please note this price covers the price of one gift basket as well as petrol and the price to clean the costume) and for any extra children it will be an additional $15 per child (This covers their Easter basket)

These visits will ONLY be happening on the Saturday before Easter (31st of march) as this is the only time I have available.
