The Alaea Pa‘akai Hawaiian 🌊Sea salt blessing✨ is one of the Kahiko Traditions Ritual options when we are creating your ceremony together. We will also be incorporating the Alea Pa‘akai in our upcoming vow renewal with my wife Brandie Kekoa.🌺A wooden bowl made of Hawaiian Koa wood containing a small amount of Hawaiian sea salt, symbolizes the healing and purification ritual of our Ancestors 🤲🏽. The Rings are placed in the bowl.💍 The couple each wets the tip of their middle finger and retrieves a small amount of salt to be placed on their tongues, letting it melt, purifying the vows they are about to speak to each other and the rings they will exchange.#temeculaweddingofficiant #temeculaweddingminister #renewalofvows #wedding #temeculaweddings #kahikotraditions
