Throwing this out there for discussion... what if there was a way for established DJs in the Cleveland area to spend a few hours with up-and-comers to show them the ropes of mixing music? Paying it forward or maybe even earning a few bucks for doing so? I've seen 'DJ Schools' in other cities but I think it might be overkill when most will get to where they want to go with plenty of practice, but, also have someone to give them advice and mentor them.
