⚠️ During pick-up, please do not request extra items from our volunteers as each item is accounted for per donation and is needed to continue distributing banners to attending fans.
⚠️ In the case that you are unable to pick-up your items day of the concert, there will be NO new pick-up date. Unpicked items will be saved and a new email will be sent to arrange shipping after the US tour is completed. No refunds can be provided.
