First inaugural Par for the Plunge was a HUGE success! What an amazing turn out of golfers and volunteers for a great cause. All proceeds of the event will benefit the Pittsburgh Polar Plunge and help provide free programs for the Special Olympics athletes in the Three Rivers Region. Can’t wait to see everyone on the golf course next year!⛳️🐻‍❄️

Yesterday I had the opportunity to help with the two father/daughter dances that West Mifflin Borough put on. The theme was boots and bows and the families came dressed for the occasion! It was so fun to be apart of this and watch the girls and guys have the best time! 🎀👢

This wedding was my first official wedding setup after launching Shannon’s Plannin’! It was really special since I have known Amanda for quite some time and she was in need for help setting up. That’s what I call perfect timing 🙂 The venue was beautiful as well as all of their decor for the evening. Super happy to be apart of their special day🤍

A recent wedding I was brought in to help with! I worked with Nick and Adri two weeks prior to create a timeline of the wedding day activites. This was super helpful to the bridal party and also the vendors so they knew what was going on each hour of the day leading up to the ceremony. I was also on-site helping with set up in the morning, walking through where the bridal party would stand during the ceremony since there was no rehearsal due to a wedding at the venue the day before and finally the ceremony itself. Not to mention I was also in the wedding! White barn was a perfect venue for a May wedding♥️ All of the center pieces, wedding favors, cake topper and card box were made by Doodles, Dots and Door Hangers !

Hi! Welcome to Shannon's Plannin' ! I am excited for this new journey! Just to give a little background, my name is Shannon Davis and I am based in Pittsburgh. I have been in the event industry since 2016 working a wide variety of events. From weddings to sporting events to trade shows and MUCH more. I have pretty much done it all 🙂 I wanted to take on this new adventure to help others with their special life events.
