Konjo me founder, Helina Melaku, was born and raised in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia and is proud to present her culture. She is passionate about sharing her rich heritage and finds pride in being one of the first food trucks in Michigan to serve Ethiopian cuisine.

Konjo translates to beautiful in Amharic and represents the beautiful culture and flavorful food of Ethiopia. Habesha food is nutritious, colorful and flavorful, which makes for a fun and unique experience. Habesha is a word used to refer to both people of Ethiopian and Eritrean origin. Konjo me serves lunch, dinner and is here to assist with your catering needs.
