There are plenty of independent, DIY and grassroots gigs out there where you can pay a fraction of the price you would for them, support upcoming artists and perhaps see the next big thing play in a small pub.

We have a few such gigs you can buy tickets in advance for via our website www.firejamproductions.com/eventsandbookings

Buying tickets in advance for DIY gigs helps the promoter and venue know how many people will be there and how much money is coming in. This helps us know how to staff events and if we can even go ahead with some gigs. We hate cancelling gigs so if you are interested in a show, and can get tickets in advance then please do 😊❤️

Firejam are incredibly proud to welcome our friends from Belgium to Plymouth on their mini UK tour.

Gamma Rave
Live four piece drum'n'bass, dub and punk band from Ghent in Belgium. Live electronica is their basic mission statement. The group aims to bring dance-floor-filling electronic dance music to the live circuit, taking a fresh approach to the genre by combining the synthetic tones of electronica with the more raw style of punk.
If anything, the band is as much “live” as they are “electronic”, with a dynamic sound that is constantly shifting in style and mood. Songs often fade in on a sinister trip-hop groove, before flowing into a hip-hop flavoured build, and then finally breaking out into a screaming Drum & Bass climax. A healthy dose of dub, dubstep, rock, and techno, also helps to keep the songs fresh and surprising.
Having shared stages with the likes of Asian Dub Foundation and Dub Pistols, as well as having played a closing set at the Gentse Feesten and performing at the prestigious Boomtown Fair in the UK, Gamma Rave has all the makings of a dance-floor shaking spectacle.
We love having this band over, their energy is infectious and their shows are so much fun.

TW mental health
I'm never one to miss my own gigs or cancel gigs.
Firejam has been running for nearly four years, but before this I've been running gigs since 2004 and in that time I have never missed a gig. I have always been there, running the door and or the stage. But these last few weeks my mental health has taken a slip and I was advised to take some time off.

I am gutted to have not made it to the show last weekend with Los Kamer and Dog of Man at The Lion, BS5 and to also cancel the show the next day at Leadworks was upsetting. But I need to look after myself right now or I'm going to be no use to anyone. Thank you to The Sidmouth Folk Festival and Chickenstock Festival for taking the band in for some shows!

I will be changing the way things are operating behind the scenes and getting help where and when needed.
I have been overworked and overwhelmed with personal issues but will bounce back better than before. The people I have around me are my world and we're working on some pretty fun projects for 2025.

Global touring musician, Tim Holehouse brings experimental sounds. For the past 16 years, Tim has been one of the most hard working in the industry, travelling the globe, touring throughout the UK, US, Canada Europe, and beyond. His touring adventures have brought influences to his sound today. He has been known to release folk, blues, experimental music and covers many other genres.

Trümmerkind originally formed in Exeter as a visual art piece, evolving to create a Digital Post Punk band that is fast becoming the must see act.

Firejam are incredibly proud to welcome our friends from Mexico to Bristol and Plymouth on the UK leg of their 2024 tour.

Los Kamer is a Gypsy Band all their compositions are original. Their music is influenced by Emir Kusturica, Fanfare Ciocarlia, Taraf de Haïdouks, Manu Chao and others. The sound of Los Kamer is a combination of Jazz, Swing, Western, Balkan, Klezmer, Gypsy, Mexican traditional music and Latin rhythms. In Mexico Balkan Mex music has flourished. Its festive character, the culture and the tradition is the main reason why Los Kamer adopted this genre. Los Kamer accomplishes their own original sound by combining the rhythms of Balkan with other genres.
