Micile detalii care te definesc sunt cele care creează cu adevărat povestea unui eveniment. Fie că este vorba despre florile preferate, o culoare pe care o porți obsesiv, locul unde v-ați întâlnit sau o melodie pe care dansați seara când nu vă vede nimeni, poate chiar prăjitura pe care o adorai în copilărie și pe care o putem transforma într-o surpriză culinară pentru oaspeți. De la ce s-a pornit și ce poți vedea împreună cu invitații tăi atunci când există o planificare solidă într-un timp suficient pusă în practică, alături de o echipă de furnizori potriviți care au înțeles viziunea, tema și conceptul evenimentului 🤍 Planning is making your dreams come true 🪽

Cu ce te pot ajuta pentru evenimentul tău ca planner alături de tine, pe scurt:

🪽 Elaborarea conceptului și a temei, personalizate în funcție de dorințele și așteptările tale.
🪽 Căutarea locației potrivite pentru tipul de eveniment pe care îl dorești.
🪽 Recomandări de furnizori și parteneri potriviți temei și conceptului alese.
🪽 Planificarea propriu-zisă până la data evenimentului, inclusiv liste de invitați, vizite la locații, căutare și vizite la furnizori, aranjarea sălii, testări de concepte, degustări, cercetare continuă pentru idei/moduri creative de a le pune în practică, buget și gestionarea facturilor, crearea unui calendar bine structurat, delegarea sarcinilor acolo unde este necesar și monitorizarea întregului progres pentru a mă asigura că totul decurge conform așteptărilor, etc. Lista de servicii este personalizată pentru fiecare client în parte.
🪽 Consultanță acolo unde este solicitată (recomandări pentru servicii conexe sau eliminarea altora pentru a ne menține în buget și pentru a ne concentra pe ceea ce este important, sfaturi din propria experiență a logisticii și a derulării unui eveniment, sfaturi de styling acolo unde sunt cerute, etc).

Fiecare eveniment este cu adevărat unic, iar toate serviciile se personalizează în funcție de cerințele, dorințele, timpul alocat și bugetul fiecărui client. De asemenea, planificarea este un proces flexibil și creativ, care necesită o comunicare continuă, adaptare și încredere în mine ca partenerul tău, astfel încât să reușim împreună să te bucuri alături de cei dragi de ceea ce, la început, era doar o viziune. 🤍🪽

Why is formulating a concept the pivotal first step? Because, once approved, it becomes the gateway to the dynamic planning stage. Also, there is an important distinction between your event concept and event theme. The event theme is the idea that guides your event creation: what you want your event to focus on – the main story of your event. The event concept is the practical application of your event theme. It encompasses the different practical elements that will help bring the event to life - actually the planning part. It serves as the framework that allows me, as your event planner, to organize every element of the production in one cohesive structure.

The event concept aids both you as the client and me as the planner in maintaining a clear vision of established objectives, staying within budget constraints, and ensuring relevance to the target audience.

Why I LOVE planning an event and being part of it?

Variety: No two events are the same. No two stories are the same. Meeting wonderful and interesting people from which I also have something to learn. Every single time. And it's a joy ❤️

Creativity: One of my favourite part of the entire process is creating the concepts starting from a little, tiny detail and transforming it into the story of the event. And I humbly believe creativity is one of my strongest assets. Let's make things different, why not!?

Wishes: Making the client's dreams come true. To hear what they want and to find the solutions to make them happen. A wizard? No. A "let's see what we can do"? - Always

Team: Having the chance to work and collaborate with different suppliers. Very talented, hardworking people that I do strongly admire. Very in awe with so many others that I do hope will collaborate if given the opportunity! Also, having the chance to work with the teams from different venues, always there side by side, we're all in together 💃

Pressure: There is always a pressure (cause we're creating one of the most important milestones in someone's life), but where is pressure there is also taking pride in rising to a challenge

Last and not least: The Big Ol' SMILE at the end of it all! To see them happy and content for me is very rewarding and for my soul❤️ And I do cherish those moments. The smile and the content glaze, that's the real success for me ❤️

Hei! Sunt Bianca și una dintre pasiunile mele este să organizez evenimente (și, în general, să aduc ordine în universul din jurul meu :) ). Dacă ai o zi specială în 2024, acum este momentul să vorbim despre cm te pot ajuta să creăm împreună amintiri minunate. Mai ales ca drumul până la data propusă să fie cât mai lin, pe principiul "Nobody panics, everything is under control".

Punctele mele forte includ atenția la detalii și dorința ca fiecare moment al zilei să exprime povestea voastră, cine sunteți, ce vă place, ce vă doriți, și nu neapărat tradiționalul "așa se face" – este ziua voastră și este deja specială pentru că este a voastră, indiferent de tipul evenimentului, numărul de invitați, în ce parte a zilei va avea loc, etc Where there is a will, there is a way întotdeauna.

Cum te pot ajuta?

Consultanță Personalizată: Povestea voastră este cea mai importantă. Sunt aici să ascult și să înțeleg cm vreți să o aducem la realitate prin crearea unui concept care va fi baza planificării evenimentului.

Planificare: Conceptul ales ne va ghida în vizitarea și alegerea locației și a furnizorilor potriviți, pentru ce decor și flori să optăm. Ne va ajuta, de asemenea, în discuțiile despre meniul evenimentului și setarea datelor pentru degustări. Planificarea pe care o facem împreună este de fapt un calendar împărțit pe zile și în ordinea priorităților pentru a decide cele mai bune opțiuni care să transpună ideile voastre în realitate și care va ajuta la organizarea din timp a tuturor elementelor astfel încât totul să fie right on track și așa cm vă doriți 💃

Coordonarea evenimentului: Pe scurt, înseamnă a fi project managerul zilei– de a fi alături de voi și de furnizorii aleși în ziua evenimentului pentru a mă asigura că locația este pregătită și toți suntem pe aceeași lungime de undă, toți ne știm programul stabilit and everything else in between – bineînțeles, cu drag, zâmbete și dorința ca totul să iasă perfect lucrând ca o echipă 😊
