This time of year is for all things spooky, deadly, deranged, and dark. I naturally gravitate towards neurofunk this time of year- but also just all things drum&bass in general. Last year around this time I created my first rendition of "Bump In The Night" - so ladies and germs, I present to you Bump In The Night volume 2.

I dug deep into the annals for this one. Techstep, drumfunk, neurofunk, jungle... even dnb styled shoegaze music (it works surprisingly well holy crap I need more of this!)

It's all here. This one was a treat to mix. I did this in a few takes- it's kinda choppy and raw- but if you gotta problem with it trick or treat smell my feet!

A quick mix of most what I played out on Freedom Field last weekend for As Above So Below. My set was during the sunset- I decided to go all in on trippy disco s**t. I had enough stuff prepared to go all night- these were the tracks I ended up playing.

It was a phenomenal time. A big hearty thank you to all of the organizers who made it all possible. I don't think I've ever had that much fun at a fest before! :)

Slow burns. I love slow burns!
This one is a proper sendoff to summer for me.
Very sad to see it go- but excited to see what the crispier weather brings us.

Been digging through so much good stuff lately in preparation for As Above So Below. I thought I'd be too busy to make a proper mix for September but I'm very pleased with how this came out.

Exciting news! I start up a monthly event at Easy Street this month. Every second friday, RABBIT HOLE UNDERGROUND- a journey through electronic music. The first night is Sept 13th (yes friday the 13th!). Hoping I can firmly establish an electronic music night in Central Maine. Stay tuned for that!

Catch me opening The Portal Stage at As Above So Below in Harmony Sept 20th! Going to be an epic weekend :)

I'm excited to be spinning again at the most whimsical place in central Maine on 8/16! Pulling out the visuals for this one on a 4000 lumen projector. I have an unabashed love for the french touch- and for summer. In the kitchen this month, I wanted to blend the signature funky french flavor with the soulful deep house sound. The flowers are blooming all around us. Sometimes when I'm down, I just need to remind myself of how beautiful the world around us is. As always a concerted effort with a theme in mind; a slow burn from deep mellow lows to uplifting funky highs; a journey through house young and old; and with no particular concern for how long the final mix turns out apparently :)

If I make just one person's day just a little bit brighter with this mix, I have done my job. Please like and share around if you dig it. It means more than you know.
