Pastitsio!
We have good relations with our neighbours and frequently we share dishes and baked goods. Tradition is if you give something,
the other person needs to return the container with something in it! First time i shared pastitsio, which they never had, they did not know what to return that was at the least equally good. I said wait until you try the mousaka;)

Flat beans and potatoes.
Flat beans imported from Greece, organic potatoes, strained tomatoes, garlic and parsley. Nice light meal. Always served with feta ;)

You have not had Spinachrice this way before!
I make it for daycare kids and they practically inhale it. It could be made with or without beef. Vegetarian style.
This week we also offer our Whole baked Chicken with Roasted lemon potatoes.

Moussaka
Plenty of jokes surrounding the name of this dish. But damn! This is no joke my favorite. Every time I make it, I don’t even serve it to myself on a plate! Grab a fork and dig in out of the platter! Nothing is fried in this traditional moussaka.
Easier to digest;)

and here it is...Mouthwatering . The one you love but can't make. I'll make it for you!
I don't fry the veggies or potatoes. I like a lighter version of this traditional Greek dish. I can't say I usually have space for salad cause I just stuff myself with moussaka. Lol
A nice spring mix/baby spinach balsamic vinaigrette salad would be best to accompany.
