Our NEW St Lucian Fish Fry Platter🇱🇨

Marks the weekly Fish Friday Street party held in St Lucia every Friday!

It’s always a vibe, with amazing drinks, music and all the traditional street food you can imagine!

So we made this platter to remind us of home! 🏝 we hope you enjoy it just like we do!

We really enjoyed our bank holiday weekend bringing our clients ideas to life!🌞

What do we miss about back home?🇱🇨🇱🇨🇱🇨

In St.Lucia, Saltfish bakes are a quick breakfast bite you can find in most restaurants and stalls, however you have to be somewhat an earlier riser or they sell out super fast!😄

We made some fresh Saltfish bakes yesterday and needless to say these were incredible, took us back to the islands!

Saltfish Bakes are stuffed fried dumplings, filled with a seasoned Saltfish and garnished with sweet peppers and onions🥰
