Hey everyone the review on our page left by a Carly Jarvis is a personal attack against us as they’re clearly not showing full messages of confirmation of their final package and instead using messages from a whole year ago when they originally was booked in
They have been nothing but pain and I wish no one has to experience them as clients get had their own family message me telling me how disrespectful, horrible to work for and out right rude they are
I’ve spoken to facebook and they should be removing the review soon
In my 5 years of doing this working for various people, high profile clients and across the country I’ve never experienced someone as aggressive as this
They received exactly what they paid for and more we went back and fourth multiple times because in the husbands words “I can’t be bothered to download them that way”
Any other photographer would of charged for additional delivery methods
They claimed they didn’t receive their photos but were posting them not even a week after their wedding?
I’ve had threats from Scott on the phone and in person telling me “he’s not the one to be messed with”
I wasn’t going to address the matter as it should of been left between individuals but they felt the need to attack my business for not getting more then they paid for
