What an amazing turn out for May's Jacksonville's Caffeine and Gasoline! I don't think we stopped cooking/serving from start to finish! We want to thank everyone that came out and especially those who bought breakfast! I don't think we have ever received so many compliments! We look forward to seeing everyone June 1st for the next Caffeine and Gasoline!

We just tried some BBQ from a vendor at a local market and it was the worst ever! Every time we try BBQ somewhere, whether it be a brick.and mortar or a food truck we are more and more convinced we need to get the ball rolling on our own set up. Like if you agree!

Ok BBQ fans, we need your help. The Cedar Creek Christian Lady Saints softball team is headed down to Central Florida to play in the SSAA State Championship Tournament. Nuthin Butt the Meat is going to be having a BBQ fundraiser for the Cedar Creek Christian School girls softball team. We are trying to help cover the sports fees for as many of the girls as we can. We want to know who would be interested in purchasing some of our "soon to be famous" BBQ to help the girls out?

We would also like to know where you think would be a good place to set up?

Do you know of a business that would let us set up in their parking lot?

Thanks to everyone that came out to Jacksonville's Caffeine and Gasoline at J-Tech this morning! Thankfully, the rain held off and and we had a good turnout. Sorry for the limited menu this morning, but we decided to play if safe with the high chance of rain. Don't worry, next month, weather permitting, we will have our full menu available! Heck, we might even throw something new on there! Hope to see everyone next month!

Don't forget this Saturday is Jacksonville's Caffeine and Gasoline! Make sure to come out to J-Tech from 8am-11am to check out some sweet rides and hang out with some cool people! Unfortunately Nuthin Butt the Meat will not be cooking up those yummy breakfast viddles you're used to. We will be cheering on our daughter at her regional Weightlifting meet! Don't worry folks, we plan on being back in March!

Hey everyone, it's time to BYOB (Bring Your Own Breakfast) this Saturday! Unfortunately, our friends at Nothing Butt the Meat won't be joining us as they'll be at their daughter's weightlifting regionals meet. Congrats Lexie! But don't worry, we've got you covered with coffee, drinks, and donuts at the JAM Cafe until supplies run out! See y'all at 8am this Saturday at Jtech. 😎

We had a great time catering an event for the North Florida Amatuer Radio Society this evening! We got to meet so many great people, including Mike Buresh! Hopefully we will get the opportunity to cater more events for NOFARS in the future!

Nuthin Butt the Meat will be there cooking up some yummy breakfast like we always do, we may even have a special menu item this month! Also, like we do every December, we will have our annual Toys for Tots toy drive. So make sure to bring new unwrapped toy to donate for this great cause!

J-Tech staff will be onsite answering questions and giving tours of the facility as well! Most importantly, WE WILL HAVE ACESS TO THE RESTROOMS!!
