BALLOON GARLAND INSTALL AND DELIVERY POSITION
Location: Charlotte, NC 28273
Installs are within 35 miles of the warehouse
Hours: 2 weekends a month this could be Saturday or Sunday or both depends on bookings.
Zero tolerance for tardiness. Dependability and timeliness are extremely important.

We are looking for balloon installers to join our team who are family friendly, punctual, and ready to help elevate events in the Charlotte area!

It is important to us that team members are kind, a team player, and ready to adjust to the needs of our clients! You must also be able to lift 50 pounds and be comfortable on a ladder.

Ideal candidates have impeccable attention to detail and great communication skills.The hours for this position will vary based on the schedule, needs, and demand of our business. Weekends are required.

Job Requirements:
Delivering and installing balloon garlands
Assistance in our warehouse when needed
Maintaining inside of delivery van, so it looks clean and professional at all times
Must be high-energy and super friendly

Ideal Qualifications:
21 or older (we have to rent uhauls sometimes depending on event size)
Must be comfortable on a ladder
Must hold valid driver’s license and be comfortable driving each way for deliveries
Clean driving record and background check required
Must have weekend availability
Able to lift and move 50 pounds
Dependable
