Wow... what an amazing TWO events this weekend!!! Not one, but TWO dream teams out in action, and two buses serving bespoke menus!

"Bella" our food truck was serving 150 guests for three days in a field near Uckfield for a corporate summer glamping party... brunch, lunch and dinner. What a fabulous setting!

"Wolfie", who is our newer bus and mid-conversion, was serving 100 wedding guests at the stunning Gote Barn in Ringmer from our new field kitchen ... We love that venue and the beautiful old barn❣️ Congratulations to the beautiful couple ❤️
We served a middle eastern style sharing feast in the afternoon, and then fish and chips & loaded fries for late night snacks, which all went down very well indeed!

We are so proud of our staff for smashing it at both venues, receiving fantastic feedback and many, many compliments to the chefs! Well done everyone... you rock!

A very big WELL DONE to Wendy and Sean and their team for serving thousands of crew meals at Brockwell Live for over a month on site in London! 👏

✨️NEWS - earlier this year we divided our business in two, with Wendy & Sean keeping the big current crew catering clients, and Kate buying their share of the bus and developing the food truck side of the business.

✨️ Remember our ROASTIE TOASTIES? ✨️

Cast your mind right back to the pandemic spring & summer of 2021 when we set up an informal food market with 8 other food trucks at Hove Park... and we served roast dinner toasties every Sunday!

The park was full of happy dog walkers, out in the fresh air and meeting their other allowed household! Or was it up to 6 people outdoors? Seems like a crazy idea now eh?!

Yesterday it seemed like the perfect day to reincarnate it with Sunday's roast dinner left overs at home ❣️

Pulled pork, cheesy leeks, spring greens, sage & onion stuffing, and a cheesy cauli sauce! We made an open one grilled so the cheese went brown, and a griddle pan toastie.... both brought back delicious memories 😋

🥂 Noelle & Giles wedding 🥂 at The Old Market, Brighton

We were asked by a friend of Giles & Noelle to provide a Sussex produce buffet and BBQ menu. Our chefs 👩‍🍳 absolutely loved getting creative with locally grown salad, vegetables and edible flowers!🏵

What a lovely couple, we wish them much love and happiness ❣️

For the evening we served a Sussex Cheeseboard, with delicious and oozy Truffle Brie, Chilli Marble and a Brighton Blue, amongst others.

Thanks to our suppliers for some fabulous, colourful edible flowers and veg for the salads and The Cheese Man for the sumptuous cheeses! Oh my god... that truffle brie! 😉

TV location catering in Hampshire last April for 4 weeks was fantastic for the ITV series "My mum your Dad!" with presenter Davina McCall.

Our chefs served hot breakfasts at the film location site, a wide variety of lunches and dinners, and had great feedback from all the film crew!

Krysia & Dave's wedding at Gote Barn in Ringmer was a smashing weekend 🙌 They had a fabulous group of guests and family celebrating with them for the wedding ceremony on the Saturday, and an all day party and games on the Sunday!

We served a family style sharing feast for the wedding breakfast, with an outdoor BBQ to cook the meats. A selection of serve yourself beautiful salads and sidesvwere laid out on each of the cabaret style round tables in the stunning barn.

On the Sunday they enjoyed sitting on hay bales on the outside lawn and playing games together. We served a Mexican festival style lunch from the food truck which they ate casually around the venue at tables, haybales or chatting around the bar! Krysia & Dave specifically wanted our foodtruck as they travelled in one of these in the USA when they first got together! ❤️

In the evening we made Sourdough toasties and served them buffet style with salads while they mingled.

What a fabulous venue, beautiful barn, and awesome couple and their guests! 🥰

We're thoroughly enjoying looking through these 2023 re-caps ourselves!

Here's the team delivering crew catering at the Mighty Hoopla in Brockwell Park in London last May, smashing out hundreds of tasty meals three times per day for the awesome site crew, artists and the liaison team, security and the very busy production office 🥰
Bloody hard work in an ever changing environment, but we rose to the challenge and the meals were well appreciated 👏 Well done chefs, servers and the KP's who washed up countless huge pots and pans non-stop for 5 weeks!

What a lovely wedding this was at Great Betley Farmhouse in Henfield... for a glamping, festival style celebration 🍾🥂 ✨️

We set up these stunning rustic trestles in the field, a bar inside the marquee, and dressed up a hugely varied, colourful buffet for all the guests to come up to be served!

And in the evening... cheesy Sourdough toasties from the food truck!

What fabulous memories and great fun! The couple & their guests had our team and Kim from the venue on the dance floor later that night... much love and glorious fun under the stars!
