Όραση, όσφρηση, αφή και γεύσης -μαθαίνουμε για τις διαφορετικές πτυχές της αξιολόγησης ενός οίνου και της γευσιγνωσίας. Δοκιμασία οίνων από 6 βασικές ποικιλίες. Καλώς ορίσατε στο κόσμο του κρασιού.

Το μάθημα αρχίζει στο αμπέλι, κατανοούμε τον όρο terroir, πως το έδαφος και το κλίμα επηρεάζουν την αμπελουργία. Στο δεύτερο μέρος θα εκπαιδεύσομε την μνήμη μας για την ανίχνευση και κατανόηση των αρωμάτων στο κρασί.

ΜΑΘΗΜΑ 3: ΟΙΝΟΠΟΙΗΣΗ - ΓΕΥΣΕΙΣ – ΔΟΜΕΣ – ΥΦΕΣ - ΟΞΥΤΗΤΑ

Σύντομη «περιδιάβαση» σε ένα οινοποιείο όπου εκεί θα ανακαλύψουμε τα μυστικά του οινοποιού. Στο δεύτερο μέρος απαντούμε σε ερωτήσεις από που προέρχονται η ορυκτότητα και οι γεύσεις; Πως αντιλαμβανόμαστε την οξύτητα;

ΜΑΘΗΜΑ 4: ΟΨΗ ΤΟΥ ΚΡΣΙΟΥ - ΦΥΣΑΛΙΔΕΣ ΚΑΙ ΓΛΥΚΟ ΝΕΚΤΑΡ

Θα μάθουμε να αξιολογούμε το κρασί από την όψη. Ακολούθως πως εγκλωβίζουμε το διοξείδιο του άνθρακα στην φιάλη και ποια η διαφορά του Καμπανίτη με το Prosecco: Τέλος με γλυκές γεύσεις αφού είναι αφιερωμένο στον επιδόρπιο οίνο.

ΜΑΘΗΜΑ 5: ΤΑΝΙΝΗ & ΒΑΡΕΛΙ – BOLD & BEAUTIFUL – ΤΟ ΚΕΛΑΡΙ
Ημερομηνία: Τρίτη 18 Φεβρουαρίου , 7.30μμ
Η τανίνη στα κόκκινα κρασιά είναι σημαντική. Στο πέμπτο μάθημα θ ασχοληθούμε και με την χρήση του βαρελιού και θα συγκεντρώσουμε ένα αισθητηριακό λεξιλόγιο για να περιγράφουμε τον οίνο. Θα ανακαλύψουμε τα μυστικά της παλαίωσης και θα πως θα οργανώσετε το δικό σας κελάρι.

ΜΑΘΗΜΑ 6: ΜΕΓΑΛΑ ΚΡΑΣΙΑ – ΕΛΑΤΤΩΜΑΤΑ - ΠΟΤΗΡΙ – ΘΕΡΜΟΚΡΑΣΙΕΣ ΚΑΙ ΣΕΡΒΙΣ – ΚΡΑΣΙ ΚΑΙ ΦΑΓΗΤΟ
Ημερομηνία: Τρίτη 4 Μαρτίου, 7.30
Στο τελευταίο μάθημα θα δοκιμάσουμε μεγάλα κρασί, κατανοώντας την χρήση του σωστού ποτηριού και την σωστή προσέγγιση στις θερμοκρασίες σερβιρίσματος του οίνου. Οίνος χωρίς τους συνδυασμούς του με το φαγητό δεν γίνεται – «παντρέματα» πριν τις τελευταίες συμβουλές για την ολοκληρωτική απόλαυση του κρασιού όπως κα να εντοπίζουμε τα ελαττώματα του.

Γλώσσα μαθημάτων: Ελληνική

Τιμή €280 το άτομο. Συμπεριλαμβάνει τα 6 μαθήματα, δείγματα κρασιού για γευστολόγηση και πλάττερ αλλαντικών και τυριών και πρόσβαση σε όλο το εκπαιδευτικό υλικό. Τα μαθήματα ισχύουν αφού προπληρωθούν.
