This is the defect rectification work that was attended by a technician today 14/3/2023. Not sure if you have seen the promotional post by JL99 Group in which they always tell you their facilities are top class, luxury facilities and all of that sort, this is exactly what you get! Don’t be fooled by their gimmick cos these is exactly how it is being attended too at this point of the post! Not just it is an eye sore, this is nothing close to a decent work for a property that is mid range, cos certainly with other developers their more value to money and work is obviously more neat and you don’t have to deal with bu*****ts like this. Most of the defect works are attended to in this exact state. Either poorly done, or not done at all. Nothing is replaced as per the original look and feel. I’ve seen PPRs and rumah WIP projects that looks nicer and offers comfort and conducive living, here it’s run rundown, totally horrible management and developers who never kept their promise. FYI this is just one part, I’ll run out of space if I were to compile all the defect rectification work they are currently attending to.
