Last nights New moon women’s circle was one of grounding, focusing inward, and rooted in the comfort of sisterhood. We enjoyed a lovely restorative flow from , a beautiful sound bath meditation, tea ceremony and deep discussion. Thank you ladies for joining in and making it an unforgettable evening ✨🌞🌑

Stay tuned for our next New Moon women’s picnic circle announcement- we will have 2 more ( end of this month and then end of December ) before I take some time off to give birth to my 2nd son 🤍 we will then pick back up again at the end of February through May. I hope to connect with some new faces!

Hi friends ! We pray that you all have weathered the storm safely and that your homes are intact. We will be keeping an eye on how the beaches are doing with the storm surge and carry on as usual once we get the all clear. Hopefully this is our last hurricane for the year ! What a season it’s been. As the clouds lift, the breeze turns cooler and the sunshine brightens our skies- consider relaxing and enjoying with a picnic by us ✨🌸🌞🤍
